Steps to Import Bulk Contacts Using the Lists Feature
1. Prepare Your Contacts File
Create an Excel file with contact details like:
Note- Make sure each field is placed in a separate column and your data is properly organized.
2. Open the Lists Feature
From the left side menu, click on the Lists feature.
3. Create a New List
Click on the Create List button.
4. Enter List Details
Add the following details:
- List Name
- Short Description

5. Choose the List Type
You will see three list options:
- Empty List – Create a blank list and add contacts later.
- Advanced Filters List – Create targeted lists using filters and conditions.
- Import Contacts List – Import contacts using an Excel file.

6. Select Import Contacts List
Choose the Import Contacts List option.
7. Continue the Process
Click on the Create List button.
8. Upload Your Excel File
Click on Choose File and upload the prepared Excel file.
9. Assign Tags (Optional)
Add tags to organize and filter contacts easily later.
- These tags will apply to all imported contacts.

10. Confirm Permission Checkbox
Tick the necessary permission checkbox to confirm consent for uploading contacts.
11. Save the Import Settings
Click on Save to proceed.
12. Map CRM Fields
Match Excel columns with CRM fields correctly.

13. Complete the Import Process
Click on Save again to finish importing contacts.
14. View Imported Contacts
Your imported contacts will now appear inside the CRM Contacts Dashboard.
