Steps to Manage Contacts in DotcomPal

  1. Navigate to the "Audience" section.



  2. Select "Contacts" from the dashboard to open the All-Contacts section.



  3. View contact details like name, email, phone, lead score, company, roles, and available actions (edit, view, delete).



  4. Use the "All Contacts" dropdown to filter by all, recently added/updated, or added in the last 7 or 30 days.



  5. Filter between "Subscribers" and "Customers" from the same dropdown.



  6. Click "Add Filter" to apply filters by criteria like name, email, tags, using conditions like equals, starts with, and combining with AND/OR.



  7. Use the search bar to find contacts by name, email, or keyword.



  8. Adjust how many contacts are shown per page.



  9. Use "Export" to download contacts by selecting a date range and clicking Export.





  10. Add a single contact by clicking "New Contact" and filling in basic info like name, email, phone, joining date, company, ZIP, country code, and age.





  11. For bulk additions, use the Import option.
