Steps to Manage Contacts in DotcomPal
- Navigate to the "Audience" section.
- Select "Contacts" from the dashboard to open the All-Contacts section.
- View contact details like name, email, phone, lead score, company, roles, and available actions (edit, view, delete).
- Use the "All Contacts" dropdown to filter by all, recently added/updated, or added in the last 7 or 30 days.
- Filter between "Subscribers" and "Customers" from the same dropdown.
- Click "Add Filter" to apply filters by criteria like name, email, tags, using conditions like equals, starts with, and combining with AND/OR.
- Use the search bar to find contacts by name, email, or keyword.
- Adjust how many contacts are shown per page.
- Use "Export" to download contacts by selecting a date range and clicking Export.
- Add a single contact by clicking "New Contact" and filling in basic info like name, email, phone, joining date, company, ZIP, country code, and age.
- For bulk additions, use the Import option.
