Configuring From & Reply Settings for Success

Configuration of form and reply settings.
1. Navigate to Mail Settings
Go to the mail settings section and locate the From and Reply Email Setting. If no email addresses are linked, it will show "zero linked accounts."
2. Add a New Email Address
Click the Add New Email button to begin linking an email address for your campaigns.


3. Enter Email Details
  • Input the name you'd like to associate with the email address. This is the name recipients will see.
  • Enter the email address you want to add. Ensure accuracy to avoid verification issues.

4. Start the Verification Process
After entering the details, click the Verify Button. This action will send a verification email to the entered address.
5. Check Your Inbox for the Verification Email
  • Look for the email with verification instructions.
  • If it’s not in your inbox, check the spam or junk folder.

 

6. Complete Verification
Open the verification email and click the link or button provided to confirm ownership of the email address.
7. Confirm Verification in Settings
Once verified, return to your email management settings. You’ll see the email address listed with a status such as "active" or "verified."
The verified email address is now ready for sending and receiving emails, ensuring effective communication.
