How to Verify Your Website Ownership on Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Pinterest with Dot-Compile
- Click on Settings to begin.
- On the next page, click on Webmasters.
- To get the verification code for Google:
- a) A dialog box will appear showing Ownership Auto-Verify. Click Go to Property, which will take you to the Google Search Console dashboard.
- b) Go to Settings and select Owner Verification.
- c) On this page, you will see an HTML tag. Click the down arrow to reveal it, then copy the code.
- d) Go to the DotcomPal Webmaster page and paste the Content value given in the HTML Tag into the designated field.

- For Bing or Yahoo, follow these steps:
- a) Go to the Bing Webmaster page and add your website manually by clicking Add.
- b) Choose one of the verification methods: XML file, HTML meta tag, or Add CNAME records to DNS.
- c) Select HTML meta tag, copy the code, and go back to the DotcomPal Webmaster settings page.
- d) Paste the content value given in the Bing verification code into the provided field on the DotcomPal Webmaster page to connect your site with Bing Webmaster Tools.
- a) Go to the Bing Webmaster page and add your website manually by clicking Add.
- For Pinterest, follow these steps:
- a) Go to your Pinterest page and click the down arrow next to your profile icon. In the dropdown, go to Settings.
- b) In the Settings page, click Claimed Accounts in the left panel.
- c) Click Claim next to your website and choose a method to claim your site (HTML tag, HTML file, or text record).
- d) Copy the HTML tag from Pinterest and enter the content value given in the copied HTML Tag in the respective place on the DotcomPal Webmaster page.
- a) Go to your Pinterest page and click the down arrow next to your profile icon. In the dropdown, go to Settings.
