How to use share feature

1. Open the content you want to share.
   This could be a published funnel, landing page, or web page.
   
   
   
2. Click the three-dot menu and select Share.
   You will see two sharing options: Anyone with a link and Only people you add.
   
   
   
   
3. If you choose the Link option, set the level of access.
   Choose either View only (recipients can only view) or Duplicate (recipients can copy the content).
   
   
   
4. If you choose Only people you add, type their email addresses.
   Decide whether they can view or also duplicate. Invitations are sent to their inbox.
   
   
   
5. Click Get Link to generate your secure share link.
   
   
   
   
6. Open your Shared Content List.
   This acts as your control center. You can: view shared content, stop sharing instantly, or edit the shared content.
   
   
   
7. Note: sharing works only with published content.
   If you update and republish, recipients will always see the latest version automatically.
   
   
8. Recipients access content via the emailed invitation.
   They must be logged into their DotcomPal account. Each shared item shows a thumbnail, content name, permission (View or Duplicate), and category (Funnel, Landing Page, or Web Page).
   
   
   
9. If duplication is allowed, recipients can duplicate the content.
   They choose which business to copy it into. The Duplicate & Regenerate option allows AI Pal to adapt the duplicated content for a new campaign.
   
   
   
10. Even if a recipient deletes the item from their received list, the link still works.
    Clicking the share link will bring the item back for them to view or duplicate (based on permissions).
