In this Pdf I am going to explain to you about Membership that how you can create the membership site in DotcomPal.
Here on the dashboard of DotcomPal, On the left menu bar, you will see the options like Build, Sell, Grow, Audience, Analytics etc.
Now to create a membership site first of all you need to create a membership page from where your customers can access the courses which they have purchased from you.
So, in order to create the membership page, you need to select this Build option.
Here you will see all the pages which you have already created for your website.
Now to create a membership page click on this New web Page button
and then enter the name of your page and click on Create.
You will be redirected to the design selection page from where you can choose any theme to create your membership page.
Currently, I am selecting this AffiliatePal member Course 1 theme as it is specially designed to create the membership page only.
You can edit this page as per your requirement by uploading your course videos and with your course details.
Once done just Publish this page by select this Publish button.
Here I suggest you make your membership page status as Members only so that only the customers who have purchased the courses from you can access it.
Then you can select when you want to publish it and then select Publish.
Your page will get publish and you will get the message that your page will be published successfully.
My Friend, this way your membership page will get created successfully
Now in second step we need to create the membership for the product and to create the membership and sell the product select this Sell option.
A Sell page is open where you can the different option at left hand side like Products, Memberships, Orders, Boost and Payment Settings.
To create a Membership click on this Memberships first.
Here in this Memberships section you can create and manage the membership-level.
You can see here the list of your already created memberships
And Now to create the new membership level just click on this Add New level option.
A pop up window will open where it will ask you to enter name of Level and Description of your Membership and then just click on this Create button.
And your Membership level will be created.
Now from here you can give access to the content to customer as per their level.
You can setup the level from here in 3 easy steps as Give Access To Content, Advance Integration and Preview & Publish.
In first step, you can select Pages, Files & Folders and Video & Playlist.
In pages you can select the membership page which you have created and other pages as well which you want to add.
You can filter there pages here as All, Landing Pages, Web pages by the help of this Choose page dropdown.
Then with the help of search option you can search the pages name by entering the name of it.
Then second in Files & Folders, you can select the files and folders if you want to give the access of these to your customers.
You can filter these files with the help of this All Files dropdown like All Files, Folders, Images, Documents, Videos, Audios etc.
You can also search for any specific file by entering the name in the search box.
In same way you can select the Videos and Playlist which access you want to give to your customers.
Once done select Save & Next option
and You will get the message Level access provided successfully.
Now in this second step you can integrate with E-commerce platform by click on this Integrate button.
By selecting this integrate button you will be redirected to payment method page, from where you can integrate any one of the payment method.
Then in the same you can integrate with any Autoresponder, CRM or Webinar to manage your business leads or contacts.
Once done select Save & Next.
Then in the last step of Membership level, first you can select the Welcome page from this dropdown. This the page where your customers will be landed once they login their account to access the courses.
Then secondly you can select the pages, files and folders, Video and Playlist and then on Publish and you will get the message Level created successfully.Now here you will see the list of all your created Memberships along with their Name, Level ID, No. of Members, Created Date and Actions.
Under Actions you can edit this membership if you want
you can link this membership to any page of you want. As by default it links with sign up page of your membership site.
Then if you want to add any new member to this membership you can add it by using this Add new member option
and you can Duplicate and Delete the membership from this three dots More option. You can also filter the membership level with the help of this All Levels dropdown.
Then you can add filter by click on this Add Filter button and filter it as per Title, Created Date, Status and Levels Title. Now by the help of this Search bar you can search you can search for any specific membership just by entering the keywords related to it and you can show the number of entries 10,20,30 by this Show option.
