Steps for Updating Your Business Profile in DotcomPal

1. Start the Process

Click on the Setup Business Profile button to begin.

2. Access Business Profile Dashboard

You’ll be redirected to the business profile dashboard, which contains two main sections: Business Information and Social Accounts.

3. Update Business Information

Under Business Information, you can upload your business logo and favicon.

• Update the business name, nature of business, and About Business section. These fields can be updated at any time to keep your profile fresh.

4. Craft the About Business Section

The About Business section is crucial as it helps AIPAL understand your business and tailor marketing content.

• Mission Statement: Start with a strong mission statement that reflects your business’s core purpose and values.
• Unique Value Proposition: Define what sets your business apart and what specific benefits you offer your audience.

5. AIPAL's Personalization

Watch how AIPAL uses the About Business information to generate personalized marketing content, such as:

• A striking hero statement aligned with your unique selling proposition.
• Testimonials that mirror your target audience's voice.
• A beautifully tailored FAQ section.

6. Optimize the About Business Section

Keep the section concise, yet descriptive. Focus on highlighting your unique value, expertise, and company culture.

7. Provide Business Address and Operating Time Zone

Ensure your business address and operating time zone are entered correctly.

8. Link Social Media Accounts

Click on the Social Accounts tab and input your social media links.

9. Save Your Updates

Once all fields are completed, click Save to update your business profile.
