Here, I am going to explain you about the Mail Analytics section of DotcomPal.
Friends as we all know Analytics plays a very important role in any business strategy. Analytics helps you to understand where you are doing right and where you are wrong in your mail activities.
So, my friends let begin with the click on choose menu option (hamburger menu) at the left top of your dashboard.
Now select the analytics option at the bottom of the bar above 3 dots.
Here simply select Mails.
My friends Mail Analytics is divided in six sections- Overview, Technology, Location, link Activity, Subscriber Activity and Unsubscriber Activity.
Now under Mail overview section, you will be able to see Open rate, click rate, Unsubscriber rate and Complaint rate.
Now below it you will get conversion details for the selected period such as delivery information in which we can see sent and delivered mails.
In Mail action information you will get open mail and click mail
Now in Subscriber information you can found subscriber and complaint email
And under Bounce information you will get bounce and bounce rate.
Below Conversions we have open vs clicked graph for the selected period in which we fill found opens and click counts as per the selected date.
Here you can also check mark opens or clicks below date option as per your wish.
Now in date option you can select the specific date such as today, yesterday, last 7days, 90 days, this month and click on apply after selecting. Here you can also reset the graph with resetting button near date option.
Next is Technology section in which we will see all the operating system names followed by opened mail and click mail.
You can also select the opened mail or click mail from the dropdown and get the pie chart accordingly.
Also set the date of your choice from the box just by selecting and then click on apply.
Now in Browser you will get browser name, opened mail and clicked mail. Also select the opened and clicked mail and check pie chart individually.
In devices you will see all the devices name, opened mail, clicked mail and in order to check pie chart check opened mail or clicked mail from the dropdown.
Now, In Location section, you can view the top 10 countries from where your videos getting most traffic & conversions.
By using the Select Country option, you can view the report about the specific country by searching country name in the search bar and for a selected date from date option near select country dropdown. You can also download details from this download button.
Next section is Link activity which consists of all link activity dropdown from there you can select all link activity, recently added link activity, recently updated link activity, link activity added in last 7 days and in last 30 days, You can also check link activity by search and for selected dates.
Next section is Subscriber activity which consists of all subscriber activity dropdown from there you can select all subscriber activity, recently added subscriber activity, recently updated subscriber activity, subscriber activity added in last 7 days and in last 30 days,
You can also check subscriber activity by search and for selected dates.
Last section is Unsubscriber Activity which consists of all Unsubscriber activity dropdown from there you can select all Unsubscriber activity, recently added Unsubscriber activity, recently updated Unsubscriber activity, Unsubscriber activity added in last 7 days and in last 30 days,
You can also check Unsubscriber activity by search and for selected dates.
