once you integrate these platforms you will be able to fetch that data from here under this third-party tab let me show you how you can manage the uploaded files once you upload a file it shows like this status is set to private automatically

If you want to show it on your doc channel set it to public or password protected

 if you want to share it with someone but do not want to showcase on your doc channel then keep it private and get the share link from this share option

 If it is a video file, then you get embed code as well so that you can connect to it any page or website

 And this “more action” button gives you other option as you can copy a file and paste it to other folder rename it move It from one folder to another download the file for yourself analytics of a particular file as how many views it has received till now likes dislikes etc.

You can turn off the DotcomPal branding from here, if you want your visitors or viewer share page file on social media platforms you can place them on these popular platforms.

 You can choose to show or hide the download button as it will allow your visitor to download the file or just view the file.

 Also, in case of documents you can set the thumbnail here to make it practical

 If you want to replace a file with another version, you can do that here

 and delete simply but it's your call.

If you want to display on your doc channel you can make it public or password protected now

 If you want to visit your doc channel just click on this “View Docs Channel” and you are there.
