Steps to Use MyDrive
- Accessing MyDrive – Click on the three-dot menu and select MyDrive.
- Navigating the Dashboard – View files sorted by date, switch between large and list views.
- Uploading Files – Click Upload, select a file, and confirm upload.
- Creating Folders – Click Create New Folder, name it, and move files into it for organization.
- Managing File Visibility – Select a file, click Status, and choose Private, Public, or Password Protected.
- Sharing Files – Click the three dots beside a file, select Share, generate a link, or send via email.
- Additional File Management Options:
- Copy – Duplicate files.
- Rename – Update the file name.
- Download – Save to your device.
- Analytics – Check performance insights.
- Share Page – Share files on social media.
- Replace – Swap files while keeping links intact.
- Delete – Permanently remove a file.
- Accessing Third-Party Drives – Click Third Party to manage files across integrated platforms.
