How to Configure an SMTP Server
1. Access Mail Settings
Navigate to the mail settings section on your dashboard and click on Add New SMTP.
2. Enter SMTP Details
- In the Name field, enter a recognizable name for the SMTP configuration (e.g., "Brevo Sender").
- Provide the SMTP Host by copying the server address from your Brevo account under the SMTP & API section.
3. Configure SMTP Server
- Enter the SMTP Port as indicated in your Brevo settings.
- Input the SMTP Username and SMTP Password from the Brevo SMTP settings.
4. Set Email Sending Limitations
- Uncheck the default Unlimited option if you want to set specific limits.
- Specify the Sending Limit (e.g., 200 emails per batch).
- Define the Time Base (e.g., 5 minutes) and select the appropriate Time Unit (minutes or hours).
5. Test SMTP Configuration
Click on the Test Mail button to send a test email. Verify the email in your inbox to ensure the setup is correct.
6. Save and Finalize
Once satisfied with the test results, click the Save button to finalize your SMTP server configuration.
Your SMTP server is now ready for use. You can begin managing your email campaigns efficiently.
