Hello My Friend,
Here, I will explain to you the most amazing feature of DotcomPal.
It will help you to make your pages more convertible and attractive.
As we know that A/B testing is a method of comparing two versions of a webpage or app against each other to determine which one performs better. A/B testing is essentially an experiment where two or more variants of a page are shown to users at random, and statistical analysis is used to determine which variation performs better for a given conversion goal.
In order to create A/B test for your page, from the dashboard, navigate to A/B Test, you will see the page, click on it.
Now, you are in the A/B testing section, where you can see all the A/B test which you have created in your account.

On the right bottom of the page, you can the next and previous page button so that you can go to the next or previous page.
Fellow, now we will create a new A/B test to understand how it will work.
Click on this ‘New A/B Test’ button.
Select the project for your A/B test. Now, give it a name, as I am doing here. After that click on add button.
Now, you are in the design selection section. You can choose a page for you’re A/B test.
You can choose from your pages, from the gallery, from your creation, or you can start from scratch.
For now, I am taking this template for the original variant of this A/B test.
Now, we are in the DotcomPal Editor. Here you can edit and customize your page and give it an awesome look, to make it more attractive and professional for your audience. This editor allows you to change the images, content, headline, videos, etc. on the page. If you are starting from scratch, then you can customize your page by using these awesome elements of DotcomPal editor.
My friends, we have explained the DotcomPal Editor in a video series, so if you don’t know how to use the editor or how-to custom your page here, I recommend you to please watch the DotcomPal Editor video series first, before this.
After editing and customizing this page, you are done, dear one.
Now for the A/B testing, you need to create another variant for the same page.
To so, click here on this section where you can see Variant A and then click on ‘choose variant’ button from this drop-down.
You can choose an existing page or create a new page from scratch. Here I am taking this one to show you.
You can edit it and customize it as per your requirements. My friends, you can choose the maximum five variants, for A/B test.
After that, just click on this save and next button.
Now we are in Publish & Activate section fellow. Here you need to set some settings. The first setting is Where you want to publish this A/B test?
You can click here to get the URL of the page, directly share and post on social media, just click on any of these and after login there, it will be posted there on your selected social media platform. If you want to turn off the DotcomPal branding which you can see at the bottom right corner of your pages created by DotcomPal, you can use this toggle button to turn it off or turn it back on.
The second setting is When you want to publish? My friends, if you have planned launch, and want to publish this A/B test on a certain date and time, you can do that too. You can decide if you want to start it now or on a certain date and time. If you want to start it on a certain date and time, just select the date from here. Choose the time from here. And you are done.
My fellow, the final setting is Deciding a Winner from your two variants. For this you need Select A/B Testing winner deciding factors here.
You can select two types here, LEAD and VIEW. You will have two option to decide the winner for any A/B test, first will be the conversion of the A/B test, like here it is LEAD and the second one will be the visitors.
If you choose LEAD, then you need to select the winning date from here as I am selecting. And also, you need to set the time for it. Now, let me tell you how it will work. Suppose, if you save and activate this after setting this type and select the date and time. The winner will be decided between two variants according to lead grabbing. The page who will grab the maximum lead will be the winner on your set date and time. The pages will be shown randomly and from both the pages, the one who will grab maximum leads, will be live automatically.
Now, if you want to decide the winner by Views, then you need to enter the number of views here. Now, let me tell you how this will work, suppose if you are entering 6 number of views. Then, the page who will get four views first will be the winner between the two variants and will be live automatically.
So, this is how the A/B testing will work.
If you want to reset the defined settings, you click on this reset button for that. If you want to save it as a draft, you can click here. If you want to continue the editing of pages, then you can click on this back button. Or if you are done with all these settings, you can click on this Save & Activate button to publish this A/B testing.
Now, we are back to the list of all the A/B test we have created here.
My fellow marketer, this whole process I have explained here is to create the A/B test for a single page.
Now, if you want to create an A/B test for your funnels pages you can do that too.
Let me explain to you guys, how you can do it.
Click on this ‘Funnel’ tab here.
You are in the ‘All Funnel’ section now, here you can see all the funnels you have created for your account.
Now, I am taking this funnel from the list to make you understand about the funnel A/B test. We are in a funnel now; you can see your funnel pages. Remember my friends, you cannot create the A/B test for the Default pages here in any Funnel. You can add a new A/B test page to the funnel, to test up to five variants of the page to get the more conversion.
In any funnel, the start page one cannot be deleted, or you cannot create the A/B test for it if you want you can remove the other pages in the Funnel and add the A/B test page instead of them.
So, let’s add an A/B test page from this plus sign.
You can see here you can add a single page or an A/B test page. If you just want to add a single page to upsell or down-sell, you can click on this single page option.
Here we are adding an A/B test, so I am clicking on this A/B test option. On the next page, you can select a template for you’re A/B test from your previously created pages, from A/B test pages, from the gallery and your creation. Or if you want, you create an A/B test from scratch here.
For now, I am taking this template for A/B test. Now, you are back into the funnel. You can see the A/B test we have created is here. You can add this to upsell or down-sell.
If you don’t want this page and only want the A/B test, then you can delete this from this button, and add your created A/B test here.
If you want to edit an A/B test page, you can click on this edit button,
it will take you to the editor, where you can customize this page as per your requirement, and also create its multiple variants for your A/B test. Creating variants and other settings are same as I have explained earlier.
So, my friends, this is how you can test your pages with A/B test and get the more convertible pages for your funnels. Here we have learned about a single page A/B testing and a Funnel page A/B testing.
I hope A/B testing is cleared now for you guys, so create some awesome A/B test for your pages and funnels, with multiple variants, to get the more convertible pages.
I believe this was helpful, hope you like this.
