As we know that analytics is an important part of any business, because Analytics allows you to quantify the effects of making a change to your marketing strategy, and that is invaluable to the process of improving and optimizing online marketing campaigns. The biggest benefit of utilizing proper analytics is being able to identify strengths and weaknesses, it helps us to know the actual status of our business or product and also helps to get an overview of the performance of it, like how they are doing, they are working good or not, so here I am going to explain you about the most amazing feature of MyDrive by which you can view the analytics of a video, image or any other file type individually.
So, let’s see how it works and how you can view the analytics of your uploaded files individually with MyDrive. From the Dashboard click on the MyDrive option provided on the top menu bar.
Right after clicking on it, you would be taken to your MyDrive, where you can see all the files, which you have uploaded into your MyDrive and can also see other options like Audience, Accounts, Analytics and Integration.
Now, in order to view the analytics of a video, image or any other file, you need to click on the Ellipsis coming on each file.
After clicking on the Ellipsis as you can see, it opens a list where we have options like Copy, Move, Delete, Rename, etc. beneath Download we have an option Analytics, click on it.
After clicking on Analytics, you would be taken to the Analytic section of that specific file, where you have options like Overview, Technology, and Location.
The first tab Overview gives you, your Audience Overview, where you can see Total visitors and Total Unique visitors visited your media file and can also see the Like and dislike given to your media files by your visitors.
Beneath it, as you can see, you have a Visitor Graph here, by which you can see the number of visitors and unique visitors on your media file with respect to date.
You can change the duration for which you want to view the graph, by selecting the option from the calendar menu, as Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or This month. After selecting a duration click on Apply or you can reset the filter by clicking on to the Reset button.
You can also change the view of your graph by clicking on the Ellipsis and can choose Line, Bar or Table as per your preference.
Also, you can view graph for Total visitors and Unique visitors separately by clicking on the option provided on graph as blue for Visitors, and light grayish violet for Unique Visitors.
By using the Technology tab, you can view the report for the technology used by your Visitors in the form of Pie chart.
By using the Operating System option, you can view the report about the Operating system used by the visitors, here you can see the details like Operating System Name, Visitors, Unique Visitors, and Known Visitors.
By using the drop-down list provided at the right-hand side you can apply filter to see the report for Visitors, Unique Visitors and Known Visitors Separately in pie chart form.
Below this you can view the Browser used by the visitor, and can get details like Browser Name, Visitors, Unique Visitors and Known Visitors.
Further down, you can view the report about the Devices used by the visitors, here you will get details like Device name, Visitors, Unique Visitors and Known Visitors.
The last Tab is Location, by using this, you can view the top 10 countries from where your videos getting most traffic & conversions. Here you can view the details about the visitors like Country Name, Visitors, Plays, Unique visitors and known visitors.
By using the Select Country option, you can view the report about the specific country by searching country name in the search bar or by selecting the country name from the list.
If you want, you can change the duration for which you want to view the report by selecting the option from the drop-down menu just like we did in the other sections.
