Configure DotcomPal settings in order to use it in hassle-free way and how you can utilize this software to fulfill your marketing goals.

Welcome to DotcomPal,
I am going to explain that how you can setup your account in DotcomPal.
So, once you login into the DotcomPal, you can see this “Profile” icon on the top right corner of your DotcomPal Dashboard.
Click on it, and you will see an option- Account Settings.
First, let me tell you about these Settings as these are your DotcomPal account settings which will be same for all the businesses you create in DotcomPal. In other words, you can say the settings you will make here will be apply globally in your DotcomPal account.
So, click on Account Settings.
Your Profile page will open where you can see your Name and other details.
Here on left hand side you can see different setting options like My Profile, Billing, Security, Notification, Team and Team Profile.
First is My Profile, you can manage all your contact details.
Here you can add your Basic and Social information.
Under Basic information you can upload your image, add your Name, date of Birth, Mobile number, your Company name, Company size in terms of employees, Country, State, City, Pin and your address.
Then in Social information, you can enter address of your social media profiles for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc.
After filling all the requisite detail click on Save.
Now, let’s check this Second tab - Billing.
There are four options – My Plan, Usage, Purchase & Payment History.
In My plan you can check all the plans, that you have.
Under Usage you can check all the usage of your DotcomPal account. You can check usage of Storage, Bandwidth, Team User, Visitors, Custom Domain etc. You can check this usage business wise by the help of this dropdown.
You can manage these different businesses usage by click on this Manage Client/business usage button.
Then in Purchases, you can check out the full details of your current plan with DotcomPal. You can get the details of the features comes with the plan here by click on this add option. You can also filter your Active and Inactive plan from this drop down and also you can upgrade your account with the help of this Upgrade Plan button.
Last tab is Payment History, you can check out the full payment history associated with your DotcomPal account. You can check the Transaction id, purchased package name, date & time of purchase, transaction amount, payment Status. Also, if you want to download the receipt for any transaction, you can do that from this download button.
Let’s move to Security, my friend, account security is very important as you keep all your business data in your account itself and we always take data protection very seriously and as we are your Pal, we have given few account safety features here as Login alert, Account authorization, Allowed IP address etcetera. Also, if you want to change the account password, you can do that here.
You can set Login alert, that when someone login to your account, you will get a notification for the same,
with Account authorization, you can set OTP based login on your account.
you can also add few specific IP addresses as “Authenticated IP Address” which you want to allow access. By these you can restrict any unwanted IP to login into your business account.
This way DotcomPal becomes the most secure and user-controlled platform with its highest secured system and architecture.
My Friend, after securing your account let’s move to the next section of settings, Notification.
In DotcomPal Notifications, you can select to the get notified by the activities of your team members by using toggle switch and also select any particular team member of which you want to be notified.
Also, you can choose to get notified for any particular business with the help of toggle button. By this you will get all the activities of your team members in notification area which will help you to monitor the activities of your team members in your business.

Of course, it is.
Last options of Settings are Team & Team Profile. DotcomPal provide an advance team management platform. Here you can add members from your own team also if you want to add clients, you can do that too. Adding a team member or a client, process is same for both.
In order to add new Team member or client, first you will have to create Team Profile. I suggest you to create a Team Profile first by click on Team Profile option. By creating a team profile, you can select the features which you want to make accessible for the team member who you are going to associate with this profile.
This Team Profile section helps you to create new profiles and manage existing profiles of your businesses.
Let’s see, how you can add or create a new profile. Please click on this “Add Profile” button here,
now select the DotcomPal business for which you are going to create this profile and give a name to this profile for future reference.
Now, this is the time to select features which you want to be accessible with this profile. All the features of your DotcomPal are listed here, you can choose features of your choice for this profile. Once you are done with this, just click on “SAVE” and its done.
Team profile has been created.
Let me show you, how you can associate a team member to this profile.
For the same, lets go back to “Team” again,
here is the list of members which I have added earlier. To add a new member, click on this “New Member” button.
This side window will come in front of you. Here you need to fill the basic details about the team member as name, Date of birth, email address, Mobile number, description, select the profile you want to associate with the team member and other address related details.
Also, you can fill the social accounts information here and if you want to add a tag to this member, you can do that. Once you are done with these details, please click on “SAVE”.
Your team member will receive an email to activate the account, there he will be able to create the password for his account also.
