Steps For How to Delete a Business

1. Open your dashboard and locate the All Businesses section near your solution app logo.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the down arrow to reveal a drop-down listing the most recent five businesses.
   
   
   
   
3. To delete a business, click All Businesses at the bottom of the drop-down list.
   
   
   
   
4. On the next page, view the list of your businesses (up to 10 are displayed at once).
   
   
5. Identify the business you want to delete. Note: The first business listed is the one you're currently operating within, and it cannot be deleted unless you switch to another business.
   
   
   
   
6. For the business you wish to delete, locate its row. You’ll see options: Dashboard, View, Settings, and three dots.
   
   
   
   
7. Click on the three dots, then select the Delete option.
   
   
   
   
8. A confirmation box will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion.
   
   
   
   
9. Review your choice carefully. If certain, click Yes to permanently delete the business.
   
   
   
   NOTE-Be aware that deletion is irreversible, and all data associated with the business will be permanently lost.
